Gladman sells buildings in Speke
Wrightsure Insurance Group has purchased two adjoining buildings totaling 4,500 sq ft at Hurricane Court within Liverpool International Business Park, Speke.
The premises, owned by Gladman Developments, will act as Wrightsure Insurance Group's new Liverpool headquarters in addition to its offices in Essex, Fareham and Lincoln. Wrightsure purchased the buildings for an undisclosed sum.
The business has been based in Liverpool for over 25 years and is moving from Aigburth Road in Aigburth to Speke.
Phil Rimmer, head of Wrightsure's Liverpool office said: "The new offices allow us to continue the development of the business helping with the insurance requirements of the local business community. These offer a modern working environment for our staff."
Brian Ricketts, from Hitchcock Wright and Partners, joint letting agent on the property, said: "We are now down to the last six units which range from 1,035 sq ft to 10,070 sq ft which are available for sale or to let and we are anticipating a steady stream of further enquiries."
Hurricane Court is located on Liverpool International Business Park and provides a range of high specification office buildings ranging in size from 1,035 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft. The self-contained detached and semi-detached buildings are available either to lease or purchase.
The park is adjacent to John Lennon International Airport and accessible from junction 7 of the M62 motorway and six miles from the city centre.
