Gladman has secured deals on six office units at Beecham Court and Smithy Court in Wigan.
The Cheshire-based developer has leased four units totalling 32,000 sq ft and sold two further buildings of 10,000 sq ft and 557 sq m 6,000 sq ft.
The two schemes, at the entrance to Pemberton Business Park, comprise 22 units, totalling 90,000 sq ft, ranging from 1,660 sq ft to 25,500 sq ft. The park is near junction 25 of the M6 and the Robin Retail Centre.
"This is one of Wigan's most promising developments", said Greg Ball, senior surveyor at King Sturge, joint agent on the schemes with GVA Grimley. "They are well placed to take advantage of the motorway network as well as the public transport facilities and within easy reach of staff amenities."
Quoting prices are £13.50/sq ft to rent or £160/sq ft freehold.
