Stephen Downey, head of GL Hearn's Manchester office, said: "At GL Hearn we are committed to the development of new talent in the property sector. The appointment of Hannah and Faye is a great boost to the Manchester office, and will allow us to continue to provide fresh and innovative ideas for our clients. I am confident both will provide real value to their respective teams and would like to wish them every success in their emerging careers within the sector."
