GL Hearn hires Ashworth

Jane Ashworth has been appointed as senior surveyor within the occupier advisory team at the firm’s Manchester office.

She will be undertaking office acquisition and freehold disposals across the region for GL Hearn’s clients in the financial services, utilities and technology sectors.

Alastair Crowdy, managing director of GL Hearn and of its parent company Capita’s real estate advisory business, said: “We are growing our teams both in Manchester and London to meet increased client demand for our services and to respond to client instructions in key industry sectors’
