Gill confirms Vision’s move to The Capital

The re-born economic support agency, Liverpool Vision, has taken the fifth floor of Downing's The Capital, chief executive Jim Gill confirmed today.

The 12,000 sq ft office will be open plan with offices and break-out areas. Gill said: "We have signed a lease to take 12,000 sq ft on the fifth floor of the Capital Building from 1 April, 2008, following a full search of available space in Liverpool city centre. These premises were the space that best fit our particular requirements given the need to bring three companies together under one roof."

The search, by Keppie Massie, was "based on the criteria of city centre, value for money and meeting our space requirements," Gill added.

Vision is paying £16.50/sq ft on a ten-year lease with no break and eight months rent-free.

The new agency becomes operational in April, and has been created by the merger of Liverpool Land Development Company, Liverpool Vision and Business Liverpool.

Keppie Massie and GVA Grimley are lettings agents on The Capital.
