Property consultants Smith & Sons have been instructed to let Gibraltar House, a three storey office building on Kelvin Road in Wallasey, Wirral.
Smith & Sons said over 2,000 sq ft is available on each floor and can be let on either a floor by floor basis or on one lease of the whole.
The property was previously used as a headquarters by Wirral Primary Care Trust. The quoting rent for the property is £9/sq ft.
Smith & Sons said Gibraltar House sits in an ideal location close to Peel Holdings' planned Wirral Waters development, between the two Mersey tunnels.
