Gazprom deal takes Bauhaus to fully occupied

Gazprom Marketing & Trading Retail has taken an additional two floors in the Bauhaus office building on Quay Street, Manchester city centre.

The 50,800 sq ft building, owned by BlackRock UK Property Fund, is now fully let. Gazprom signed a 10-year lease on 12,000 sq ft over two floors. The company already occupied one floor of 6,000 sq ft. The quoting rent at the building is £22.50/sq ft.

BlackRock were advised by OBI Property and CB Richard Ellis. Gazprom was unrepresented.

Will Kennon of CBRE said: "Bauhaus has provided a great base for two major businesses in Gazprom and Irwin Mitchell to flourish and expand since establishing their Manchester offices only a few years ago."
