ADT Workplace has finished the fit-out of a 16,500 sq ft office in Two St Peter’s Square for Distrelec, as the first UK base for the Swiss-founded company.
Distrelec, part of Dätwyler Group, has taken a 10-year lease on the entire seventh floor of the building, and is moving in around 100 staff.
The new Distrelec base will be known as the Enterprise Hub, and house all product, supplier, inventory management, purchasing, e-commerce and marketing functions. The design of the fit-out has been themed around cities across Europe.
The 160,000 sq ft Two St Peter’s Square was developed by Mosley Street Ventures and funded by Deutsche Asset Management. The project was managed by Black Cat Building Consultancy.
