The 360,000 sq ft G Park Liverpool is among a portfolio owned by Gazeley being marketed to investors and expected to fetch £100m.
Let to DHL, the Liverpool site is for sale through CB Richard Ellis along with the 700,000 sq ft Flair building in Rugeley, Staffordshire and 168,000 sq ft G Park Hemel Hempstead.
Amazon recently agreed a letting with Gazeley at Rugeley for the Flair building.
CB Richard Ellis is advising on the Liverpool and Staffordshire assets. Savills is marketing the Hemel Hempstead shed.
