FWP names Shuttleworth as partner

Architecture and design practice the Frank Whittle Partnership has promoted Kate Shuttleworth to partner.

Kate ShuttleworthShuttleworth has been with the Manchester and Preston-based firm since 1998 and helped develop FWP's expertise in racecourse projects.

These include the £32m redevelopment of Arena Leisure's Doncaster Racecourse, home to the historic St Leger meeting. She has also been involved in projects at Chester racecourse and Preston North End's Deepdale ground.

FWP is also involved in Peel Holdings' plans for a new racecourse at Salford, Greater Manchester.
