Logistics & Manufacturing 2013 will offer the industrial property community the chance to meet and learn from a range of experts within the sector.
The North West is one of the hot spots for distribution in the UK, with strong take-up of 4.15m sq ft in 2012. This year is seeing a return to a design-and-build market and potential for rental growth due to a lack of available product.
There are major developments planned and ongoing at the Port of Liverpool, Manchester Airport City and Omega in Warrington.
But will Northern ports really persuade cargo servics to leave the South? And are developers ready to exploit the growth in container volumes if the Liverpool 2 deep-water terminal hits its targets? Are we any closer to seeing a return to speculative shed development?
Logistics & Manufacturing 2013 will attempt to answer these question as we explore occupier demand, inter-modal transport investment, development viability, manufacturing skills, land supply, and public sector policy.

This is a ticketed event priced at £59+VAT per attendee. The event is due to take place from 9am to 5pm on Tuesday 11 June 2013 in the conference floor of Hill Dickinson's head office, One St Paul's Square, Liverpool. The cost includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
There is car parking at St Paul's Square and elsewhere off Old Hall Street. Moorfields underground station has an entrance on Old Hall Street.
