Further tenants for Wereldhave’s Towers scheme

Property investment company Wereldhave has secured four new tenants at Towers Business Park, Didsbury.

International printing company, PrintSoft, has also signed a 10-year lease on 7,700 sq ft at The Pavillion, while UK Housing Alliance and Energize Recruitment have taken 3,500 sq ft between them.

USA IT giant Broadcom has signed a five-year lease at Adamson House for 2,000 sq ft at £18/sq ft.

WHR and GVA Grimley are joint agents on the scheme.

Will Lewis of WHR Property Consultants said: "As funding from the banks has become tighter in recent months, fewer people are looking to buy their own accommodation and consequently there has been a significant increase in demand for high quality leasehold stock. The Towers Business Park has been successful in this area of the market."
