Further suppliers named by Neptune

Liverpool-based Neptune Developments has announced a panel of landscape architects to bid for work in the next few years.

The list comes days after the developer announced a lead design and architectural panel.

The latest panels are as follows:

Landscape architecture suppliers, drawn from 32 bidders:

  • BCA Landscape, Liverpool
  • Camlin Lonsdale, Huddersfield
  • eSCAPE and Wardell Armstrong, Macclesfield
  • Halsall Lloyd, Liverpool
  • Planit-ie, Altrincham
  • Taylor Young, Wilmslow

Environmental impact assessment, from 36 bidders:

  • Gifford
  • Hyder Consulting
  • Mouchel
  • Wardell Armstrong
  • WSP Environment & Energy
  • WYG

Structural engineering consultants, from 32 bidders:

  • Alan Johnston Partnership
  • Curtins
  • Sutcliffe Associates
  • WSP UK
  • WYG

Neptune said the appointment of panels rather than selecting ad hoc contractors helped it speed up delivery as it often works with European Regional Development Fund or other public sector support which could require a similar tender process to have been undertaken before a project starts.
