Further lettings for Liverpool ONE

Fashion retailer Drome and sister brand Footasylum are to upsize to a new 16,295 sq ft combined store in Liverpool ONE's Paradise Street, alongside another newcomer, audio specialist Bose.

Drome and Footasylum are moving into a larger store in Liverpool ONE for the second time. Set across two floors, Drome will stock a wide range of premium fashion brands, including Adidas Originals, Ralph Lauren Polo and Fred Perry Laurel, while Footasylum will increase its product range.

Bose will open its first Liverpool shop on Paradise Street with a 2,225 sq ft unit next to Drome and French Connection.

Caffè Nero is also to open a 3,097 sq ft café on Liverpool ONE's Lord Street, as a sister site to the existing Caffè Nero on Peter's Lane.

Combined with the recently announced 27,221 sq ft Zara upsize and 12,968 sq ft Toys R Us on South John Street, and a 3,153 sq ft Bill's restaurant, these five latest brands bring the total amount of new space signed at Liverpool ONE this year to 66,972 sq ft.

Miles Dunnett, head of asset management at Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, owner of Liverpool ONE, said: "Drome and Footasylum are another two highly regarded brands whose success in Liverpool ONE means they need more space. It is great that we can accommodate their growth, particularly as they are such strong independent retailers originating from Liverpool."

All the new traders are due to open their units in the summer.

Letting agents on Liverpool ONE are Cushman & Wakefield and Tushingham Moore.
