Frood joins G&T

Gardiner & Theobald has appointed Stephen Frood as a partner in its Manchester office, following his departure from Aecom, formerly Davis Langdon, where he worked for over 25 years.

A well-known figure on the Manchester property scene, Frood has worked on many of the city's high profile projects including the recent refurbishment of the Town Hall Extension and Central Library with Manchester City Council. He is the chairman of the British Council for Offices in the North and a board member of Pro Manchester, the business organisation.

He commented: "The time was right for me to look for another challenge and I'm delighted to be joining Gardiner & Theobald. They are a first class firm with a great reputation and team in Manchester. The aim is to build on this foundation and to help them develop further in the city and the wider region."

Matthew Mills, G&T Partner in the Manchester office added, "We are delighted to welcome Stephen to the practice. At G&T our main focus is to provide highest quality services to our clients and Stephen's extensive knowledge and experience in delivering successful projects across many sectors will add real value to our service offering."

G&T is based in Whitworth Street West.
