Frogmore signs Sport England to Universal Square

Sport England has leased 3,160 sq ft at Frogmore Northern's Universal Square in Ardwick, Manchester, as a new base for its North West team.
The organisation will relocate from Quay Street in the city centre to the refurbished former Great Universal Stores complex, which has clocked up 105,000 sq ft of lettings in deals completed in the past 18 months.
Geoff Hill of Frogmore Northern said: "Sport England is a great addition to the occupier mix at Universal Square and we warmly welcome the team to the scheme and wish them every success."
Frogmore Northern was advised by Canning O'Neil and DTZ; Sport England by King Sturge.
