Frogmore picks Colliers to finish Altrincham lettings

Developer Frogmore has instructed the Manchester office of Colliers CRE to lease the remaining three industrial units at Altrincham Business Park in south Manchester.

The units, totalling around 13,000 sq ft, are expected to lease for between £5.50/sq ft and £6.75/sq ft depending on location within the 300,000 sq ft business park. The park was purchased by Frogmore in March for around £29m from Schroders Exempt Property Unit Trust with plans to refurbish.

Colliers CRE won the business after a three-way pitch and will be working alongside joint agents King Sturge on a retained basis. Senior surveyor Andy Backhouse and director Julien Kenny-Levick at Colliers will handle the instruction.

Backhouse said: "It is a popular, well-established location which we believe will be highly desirable to local companies for industrial or distribution use. We also expect to handle new business enquiries when remaining units become vacant over the coming years."
