Frogmore completes EASL deal in South Manchester
Engineering consultant EASL has paid £1.2m for an 8,000 sq ft office building at Altrincham Business Park.
EASL's acquisition of the long leasehold interest in unit 2 Edward Court, built in 2000, is one of the largest deals in South Manchester in 2009.
Ed Keany, surveyor at Edwards & Co, advising Frogmore, said: "Attracting an occupier of EASL's status is a fantastic result for the business park and reinforces the park's potential as a hub for national and local businesses that require high specification offices in an attractive landscaped environment. The units provide flexible floor plates that are designed to meet individual occupier needs in one of South Manchester's most sought after towns."
The latest phase of Edward Court has nine new self-contained two-storey highly specified office units available ranging in size from 3,409 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
Current occupiers on the business park include Milner Boardman, Thermo Electron Limited, National Grid Wireless Limited, Jarvis Construction and Printerland.
Savills are joint agents on the scheme with Edwards & Co.
