Hospitality cost control advisor Fourth has doubled its office space with landlord Orbit Developments and has relocated to 8,200 sq ft within Greenway House in Tytherington Business Park, Macclesfield.
Fourth products comprise of labour, stock, analytics, payroll and auto enrolment. The company’s payroll bureau has been based within an Orbit property since the launch in 1999. It is relocating from its office in Winterton House in Lyme Green Business Park.
Fourth’s new base at Greenway House will provide offices for up to 150 staff.
Paul McLeman, director of Orbit Developments, said: “Tytherington Business Park is an ideal location for a growing business with plenty of on-site amenities including a Premier Inn hotel, Kidsunlimited nursery, Springwood pub and fast food outlet Subway. In addition there is plenty of car parking for staff.”
Greenhams is the retained agent on the business park.
Orbit Developments, part of the Emerson Group, is one of the largest privately-owned development and investment companies in the UK.
In the North West it has a portfolio of more than 8m sq ft, which combines 230 individual schemes. These include 200 office buildings, 38 retail, 40 industrial and more than 2,000 tenants.
