Four sign with Segro in Trafford

Industrial developer Segro has announced four lettings at its Westbrook Park development within Trafford Park.

Halcyon Photographic Images has taken 2,488 sq ft on a ten-year lease with a break after year five.

North West courier service, Select Logistics, has taken 4,995 sq ft on a three-year lease.

Taking additional space at the Park, Speed Couriers relocated to take 4,993 sq ft of accommodation at unit HT2 on a five-year lease.

Keypoint Security has doubled its accommodation on the park, taking an extra 5,074 sq ft on a five-year lease with a break after year three.

Hazel Lambert, leasing surveyor at Segro, said: "We recently invested £160,000 into refurbishing the units at Westbrook Park in order to improve the working environment for our customers and their clients. All these improvements were made at no extra cost to the customer and the four deals that we have secured in the last month are proof that we are meeting their needs, as well as attracting new tenants to the park."
