Four sign to Spring Gardens

Magnus has secured new occupiers at 19 Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre.

A total of 10,500 sq ft has been taken at the 36,000 sq ft building, with occupiers including Foreman Roberts Building Consultancy, two recruitment firms, Strategi and Engage, and lawyers Shammah Nicholls has moved into the entire fifth floor. All have signed deals close to the asking rent of £22/sq ft.

Claire MacDonald, from King Sturge LLP, said: "Building upon our recent success we also expect to shortly announce additional lettings within 19 Spring Gardens, further enhancing the range of occupier types attracted to the building."

Magnus completed a refurbishment of 19 Spring Gardens in February last year.

P3 Property Consultants LLP is joint letting agent on the building.
