Four sign to Margolis Building

Brookfinch has completed four lettings at its office development in the Northern Quarter, Manchester city centre.

Twilight has taken the last of the three listed cottages on a five year lease at the Margolis Building and will use the 1,049 sq ft premises to house a new hair salon.

ET Travel has relocated from offices in south Manchester to take 1,318 sq ft on the second floor within the main building. The travel agency, which sought a city location, has taken the space on a five year lease.

Global manufacturer and distributor of refrigeration units, ELSTAT Electronics, which is based in Preston, has expanded its North West presence by taking 1,151 sq ft on the third floor on a three year lease.

Internet service provider 34SP has relocated from City Tower to take 1,371 sq ft on the fourth floor on a long leasehold basis.

Brookfinch finished the Grade A office development, located on the corner of Turner Street and Kelvin Street, in February 2009.

The building comprises part new build and converted Grade II-listed mills and cottages.

Knight Frank acted on behalf of Brookfinch in the deals. Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
