Four sign at Booths Park

Terms have been agreed with four incoming tenants at Bruntwood’s Knutsford business park, while existing resident Fishawack is to expand its presence.

Global brand Velcro Companies, IT managed services company CC Engineering, lighting designer and manufacturer 4lite and engineering consultancy Perpetual Partnerships are the new arrivals at the park on the edge of Knutsford town centre. Including Fishawack’s expansion, the deals total 18,706 sq ft.

Andrew Cooke, regional director for Bruntwood, said: “It’s brilliant to be welcoming this cohort of four ambitious businesses to Booths Park and we’re over the moon to see Fishawack experiencing ongoing growth and expanding into a new suite within the park.

“We look forward to seeing our new residents thrive and become part of the innovative collaborative community that calls Booths Park home.”

Velcro has moved into 4,921 sq ft facility, which is now its regional European office. Karl Jones, strategic business unit controller, finance at Velcro Companies said: “Bruntwood has made relocating into Booths Park hassle-free and all our employees are impressed with the amenities Booths Park has to offer. Booths Park also gives us the platform to attract high calibre people to Velcro Companies.”

CCE has taken a 3,020 sq ft office, while Fishawack, a global healthcare communications specialist, has signed for an additional 4,544 sq ft.

Bruntwood secured consent in 2014 to expand the space available at Booths Park in three new buildings totalling 191,000 sq ft. In October 2018, the developer announced a joint venture with Hillcrest to deliver around 150 homes at the park.
