Four office lettings completed at Speakers House

The Co-Operative Insurance Society has announced four new occupiers at the 25,023 sq ft Speakers House in Manchester city centre.

SRJ Marketing, Community Foundation, the online marketing and website design firm, Doctor Net, and Millward Brown have taken a total of 11,284 sq ft of office accommodation. Rental agreements were undisclosed.

James Raspin, office agency surveyor at DTZ, which advised the Co-Operative Insurance Society, said: "We are extremely pleased to have recently secured four new occupiers at Speakers House. These lettings show that despite the current challenging conditions there is still activity in the market for the right product at the right price."

Speakers House is located in Deansgate and has undergone a refurbishment on its open plan offices and on-site car parking with a further 11,400 sq ft available.

DTZ and WHR are joint letting agents. Quoting rents for Speakers House is £12/sq ft.
