Four more follow Chalon Way

Langtree said its 17-unit industrial development Chalon Way in St Helens is now fully occupied after the four final units were taken.

Outdoor furniture company, Gardecor, took two units totalling 1,000 sq ft on a three-year lease. Emerald Interiors and DLP Services (Northern) each signed for 500 sq ft units, also on three-year leases.

Jacqui Fishwick, property manager at Langtree, said: "All of the new tenants wanted a central location in St Helens and required a reasonably priced unit on flexible terms, and this is exactly what Langtree offers at this site."

Chalon Way is close to the town centre and three miles from Junction 7 of the M62.
