DTZ in Manchester has appointed four people to its Manchester office, with Rhian Davitt-Jones and Lucy FitzHugh joining as senior consultants, and Simon Page and Daniel Searle joining as surveyors.
Davitt-Jones joins the planning team from the Homes & Communities Agency, while FitzHugh has been appointed from her role with Savills in Birmingham to the public sector advisory team.
Simon Page from AA Projects in Leeds and Daniel Searle from Savills join as surveyors in the building consultancy and residential agency teams respectively.
There are now over 100 people in the DTZ Manchester office.
