Fortis makes start on Green Quarter flats

Fortis Developments has started on site with the delivery of 146 apartments in Manchester’s Green Quarter, being built on behalf of Delph Property Group.

The 15-storey block, designed by Bowman Riley, was granted planning permission in 2015.

The scheme is set to include 45 one-bedroom, 95 two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments together with a ground floor commercial unit and 53 underground parking spaces.

London-based Delph acquired the plot, known as Green Quarter 7, from Fortis in July 2016 for £25m, and retained Fortis as the developer.

The project has been rebranded The Hallmark. Beaumont Morgan has been appointed contractor.
