Forster Dean presses on with national roll-out

Speke-based solicitors, Forster Dean, have opened new branches in Wigan and Huyton, Merseyside.

The acquisitions by the company's retained agent, Mason Owen, are part of an aggressive national expansion plan by Forster Dean which already operates 18 premises across Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Mason Owen has been working with Merseyside-based Forster Dean since January 2010, and is currently sourcing a further 10 properties.

Forster Dean underwent a management buyout in 2007, led by chief executive Gregory Shields. The company specialises in personal injury, litigation and domestic conveyancing.

Mason Owen's David Legat said: "We are very confident of reaching the target for 10 additional units to be open by this time next year. Mason Owen is in the process of acquiring further premises for Forster Dean across the North West, the Midlands and Yorkshire."

Forster Dean in Wigan is located at 15 Mesnes Street, and at 69 Derby Road in Huyton.
