Former LSH directors launch retail agency

Three retail and leisure agency directors have left Lambert Smith Hampton in Manchester to set up their own consultancy, Lyons Thompson Letts Property Consultants.

Former regional head of retail Jonathan Thompson, director Richard Lyons, and director Tim Letts all joined LSH in 2015 as part of the acquisition of specialist agency Tushingham Moore, and left this month.

Lyons Thompson Letts has taken space in Core on Manchester’s Brown Street, and is advising clients including Maloneview on its £70m Sale town centre project.

The agency is the latest company to spin out from the LSH Tushingham Moore merger. At the time of the deal, five Tushingham Moore directors, including Stephen Tregenza, Dan Davies, and Paul Jones, departed to establish Metis Real Estate, which has since grown to a 13-strong practice.

At the start of 2019, Tushingham Moore founding director James Harrocks also left Lambert Smith Hampton to set up his Formby-based consultancy, Harrocks Commercial Property.

LTL and LSH have been contacted for comment.
