Former BNP Paribas pair launches practice
Sara-Jane Preston and Brendan O'Herlihy have set up a new independent commercial property consultancy, Preston O'Herlihy.
Preston and O'Herlihy have worked together for 29 years advising clients including Peel Developments, Property Alliance Group, Bombardier Transportation, DHL, Hurstwood Holdings and Russell Homes.
Preston O'Herlihy will specialise in industrial and logistics advice but cover all aspects of commercial property, together with brownfield land and residential development issues.
O'Herlihy said: "We are very excited about this new opportunity and believe that the time is right for us to take this step as the commercial property market is polarising into the mega multi-national and the focused independent niche practice. We are looking forward to being able to concentrate solely on the clients and their work without the constraints of a big business. The reception that we have received from our clients has been very positive and we are delighted with the level of support from our friends across the industry. We are looking forward to the new challenges that lie ahead."
Preston O'Herlihy is based at Albion Chambers in Manchester city centre.
