Ford in at First Street
Ford Credit has moved into Ask Development's Number One First Street office in Manchester, occupying 25,000 sq ft with an option on a further 35,000 sq ft.
Ford Credit provides financial products and services to Ford dealers throughout the UK. It is understood that Ford agreed a deal with Ask on 60,000 sq ft in the block earlier this year, and will occupy in phases.
Other tenants in the 180,000 sq ft Number One First Street include Auto Trader, Jacobs and Amaze.
The quoting rent at Number One First Street is £23.50/sq ft.
The £500m First Street scheme is being delivered by Ask in partnership with Manchester City Council.

CBRE and Savills are letting agents at First Street. Cushman & Wakefield advised Ford Credit.
