Forbes expands commercial property offer
Richard Clithero has joined the commercial property team at Forbes Solicitors as an associate.
Clithero previously spent nine years at Napthens Solicitors, and will focus on assisting clients across Preston and East Lancashire.
He has acted for clients across numerous industry sectors, including retail, manufacturing and pharmacy, and has a particular expertise in dealing with property matters in the licensed trade.
Adam Bromley, commercial property partner at Forbes Solicitors, said: "The demand for legal advice in the commercial property sector is increasing and with his experience and local knowledge, Richard is a great addition to the team."
There are now 10 people in the Forbes commercial property team. The firm has 37 partners and more than 350 staff across offices in Blackburn, Accrington, Preston, Chorley, Leeds and Manchester.
