Foodhall to open in Sale
Store Group is opening a 5,500 sq ft food and beverage space in Stanley Square shopping centre on 18 November.
The Sale Foodhall will include pizza chefs Basilico and burger restaurant What’s Your Beef, as well as a space for temporary vendors to rotate in and out of. The first of those temporary traders will be mini Dutch pancake seller Eat Dutch.
The foodhall can sit 150 people and also includes an outdoor terrace. Visitors will also be able to grab groceries at the foodhall.
The new venue is replacing Store Group’s previous and smaller Groceries and Beer store at Stanley Square.
“We’re looking forward to becoming an even bigger part of the community here in Sale,” said Store Group founder Mital Morar. “It’s been a brilliant home to us over the last two years and we can’t wait to open the doors to a much bigger space. This is a chance for us to evolve into that proper community hub that we always strive to create – from baby groups to beer tastings, everyone is welcome. Our local neighbourhood is everything, and at the centre of will always be quality independent food and drink as well as convenience.
The foodhall concept is not new for Store Group, which also operates a foodhall in Stretford.
