Food supplier takes extra space at Pochin’s Midpoint 18

Pochin Developments, part of Cheshire-based listed property group Pochin, has secured a letting to APS Salads at its Midpoint 18 business park in Middlewich, Cheshire.

The food supplier has taken 20,500 sq ft at unit 4, its second letting at the park, having acquired 15,000 sq ft in November 2006.

Jim Nicholson, property director of Pochin's, said: "APS Salad's decision to increase its premises at Midpoint 18, further strengthens the park's standing as a highly desirable location for companies requiring excellent transport links. This deal means only 20,000 sq ft of accommodation over two units remains available."

Lamonts and CBRE are joint letting agents for the scheme.
