Flix makes MediaCity move

The post-production specialist has agreed a 10-year lease for a 23,400 sq ft warehouse in Salford Quays with landlord Senegal.
Davies Harrison advised on the letting, which at £8.50/sq ft the company said was a new record rental level for the North West industrial market.
Flix Facilities will take three adjoining units at the Washington Centre on Broadway, Salford Quays. The business also has space in the centre of Manchester, the Pie Factory and the Space Project.
