Five sign at Market Place

Warner Estate Holdings has signed new tenants to the shopping centre in Bolton.

Mother and baby store Baby House has signed to a 1,970 unit adjacent to H&M on the upper ground floor, while Babas Boutique has taken a unit on the perimeter of the building in Corporation Street.

Moving in from an external town centre location is fashion store Norton Barrie, which is occupying a 1,927 sq ft unit adjacent to Next on the upper ground floor.

In addition, Lady Lily is set to arrive at the centre, which is a local retailer offering ladies fashion.

Gifts store Past Times has also agreed on a 1,786 sq ft unit, adjacent to Republic and Wallis.

Rod Neasham, centre manager at Market Place Shopping Centre, said: "This has been a busy time for the centre with these new retailers coming on board. We are proud to welcome them and are positive that they will boost the tenant mix and significantly enhance the centre's retail offer."

Tushingham Moore and Keenan & Co are joint agents on Market Place shopping centre. Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
