Five retailers sign at Affinity

Fleetwood’s outlet shopping centre Affinity Lancashire has secured deals for five stores to open before Christmas trading starts in earnest.

Footwear brand Clarks is the most eyecatching of the new arrivals, and will open a new store at the mall in December.

In November, multi-branded fashion retailers Leading Labels and Ministry will open, while Calendar Club will return to the centre for the gifting season. Pop-up Christmas store Toy Factory will open to the public on 1 November.

Amanda Daniels, centre manager, said: “The shopping centre continues to go from strength to strength. The addition of these new stores shows we are growing and providing more great brands for our customers. We can’t wait for all the stores to open offering our shoppers even more great value for Christmas”.

Formerly known as Freeport Fleetwood, the centre was renamed earlier this year after being acquired by Global Mutual. A café has also been opened this year, along with Beauty Outlet upsizing.
