Five lettings secured at Winwick Quay Business Park

Joint letting agents Colliers CRE and Riddell tps have reported five lettings at the newly refurbished Winwick Quay Business Park in Warrington.

The new lettings, with occupancy totalling more than 30,000 sq ft, include a five-year deal with sports footwear brand Asics on the 12,300 sq ft unit 21 Cameron Court.

Deals were completed in two weeks and also include Stort Eskens, AA Baits, S2 Photography, and Babies World taking space.

Terms have been agreed on a two further units currently in the hands of solicitors.

The new lettings are complemented by a further three existing tenants which have agreed terms to renew their leases.

A selection of refurbished units remains available on the business park.
