Five deals for Willan
A total of 6,000 sq ft has been let at the Willan Industrial Estate in Salford over the past month.
TFC Commercial Property advised the landlord Northern Industrial Partnership on the deals, with four 1,000 sq ft units let to Ledlam & LED Lighting, Able Joinery, a carpet cleaning business and an internet clothing business.
Current tenant automotive supplies company JTB expanded into a larger unit and took 2,000 sq ft.
Quoted rent is £5.20/sq ft and the leases ranged from six months to three years.
Ben Fallows, director of TFC, said: "This is a popular estate and these latest lettings follow the 2,000 sq ft let in May to Rhino Peak. The excellent security features and the landlord's flexible approach to lease and rental terms continues to ensure a steady stream of enquiries as units become available."
The tenants were unrepresented.
