Fisher German makes CWAC hire

Property consultancy Fisher German has expanded its regional planning team by appointing Nial Casselden from Cheshire West & Chester Council to its office in Chester.

Casselden has almost 18 years’ experience in local authority planning. At Cheshire West & Chester Council he led the development management team.

He will be working on a range of projects spanning the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors.

The appointment is in response to an increase in work created by strong growth across the North West; Fisher German said it had also gained planning permission for numerous residential and commercial schemes.

Partner Edward Clark commented: “We are excited to have secured such an experienced planner as Nial to lead our planning team in the North West region. Nial will be working closely with our building surveying team and this appointment will enable us to expand our range of services to our existing clients and to attract new work within the development sector in the North West.”
