Ashtenne Space Northwest has completed the marketing suite and first 11,105 sq ft of refurbished office space at Exchange Station, formerly called Mercury Court, in central Liverpool.
The refurbished office on the third floor will be followed by a further 180,000 sq ft in the remainder of the building by the time work is completed in September.
Behind the 1888 façade in Tithebarn Street a new concourse will feature a full concierge reception, meeting rooms, informal seating and a coffee shop/bistro.
