First House Leisure offloads Stockport hotel

Altrincham-based First House Leisure Group has sold the Bredbury Hall hotel in Stockport for around £17m to private investors.
The 140-room hotel was sold to a trio of investors backed by Lloyds TSB : Kenneth Abbott, Andrew Runnacles Chadwick and David Schofield.
Pierce Corporate Finance, PKF, Shammah Nicholls and CM Tax Consultants all advised on the deal.
