First freehold buyer secured at Admiral Court

Commercial Development Project has secured its first freehold sale at Admiral Court in Cheshire Business Park in Northwich, Cheshire.

K&L Freight has acquired a speculative 4,000 sq ft office building at £140/per sq ft.

Jonathan Baucher of Cushman & Wakefield, letting agent on the scheme, said: "We are delighted to have secured this first sale at Admiral Court and have strong interest in a number of the other buildings. We are also engaged with a number of occupiers who are interested in larger Design & Build solutions."

Meanwhile, the business space team at Cushman & Wakefield has also completed a second sale on another CDP scheme having agreed a deal with owner occupiers, CEL for a 7,500 sq ft at Olympic Park in Birchwood where quoting sale prices are at £180/sq ft.

Baucher added: "Despite the rather turbulent market conditions over the last 18 months, the deal highlights that owner occupiers are still in the market for high quality stock in good, established locations."
