First deals at Roman Way

Commercial Estates Group has announced two deals totalling 52,000 sq ft at Roman Way Industrial Estate in Preston East.

City Link has taken 40,599 sq ft at £172,550 a year on a 10-year lease. Concept Distribution took 11,098 sq ft at £55,000 a year.

Commercial Estates Group carried out a £400,000 renovation programme of the former Unit Press factory and warehouse accommodation in 2007.

Joint letting agents are Robert Pinkus & Co and Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons.
