First Ark refreshes sub-contractor framework
The First Ark Group, which includes Knowsley Housing Trust and KHT Services, is seeking to reselect subcontractors in a number of categories.
The housing group said in a statement: "The aim is to review the sub-contractors that we work with, across the whole of the group, to ensure that they are continuing to meet our standards, needs and expectations in terms of price and quality.
"We are hoping that smaller and medium-sized companies take the opportunity to submit a tender, as this will contribute to the Group's commitment to social responsibility. There will not be any additional reliance on sub-contractors to deliver works for the group or any of the clients it delivers works for as a result of the review."
The sub-contractor framework will run for four years in total and cover the following categories:
Repairs and maintenance tender
- Lot 1: Response Repairs and Voids
- Lot 2: Voids Clearance and Cleaning
- Lot 3: Scaffold
- Lot 4: Locksmiths
- Lot 5: Void and Communal Asbestos Testing & Surveys
Capital works tender
- Lot 1: Supply and Fit of Windows & Doors
- Lot 2: Roofing
- Lot 3: External Painting
- Lot 4: Glazing
Both tenders have a deadline of 5pm on 30 November and can be accessed and completed online via www.cirrustenders.co.uk, where further details are also provided.
