Palm Recycling, a subsidiary of the German Palm Group, has taken 2,100 sq ft. In January, American firm Cabot Corporation signed to 2,000 sq ft at Pioneer House, which operates 39 manufacturing facilities in America and 19 other countries. The company has 15 staff based at the building, with another four members of staff joining them at the beginning of next month.
The office building is located on the 87-acre Pioneer Business Park in Ellesmere Port, which can be accessed off junctions 7 and 8 on the M53 motorway.
Pioneer House is owned by North West Industrial Estates and managed by DBH Developments. Legat Owen and Mason & Partners are the agents on the building.
