Firms named on £47m Sefton housing framework
Liverpool-based One Vision Housing has confirmed 18 firms have been awarded contracts on a four year low rise housing framework to provide building installation work around the Sefton area.
The framework may be used to procure works on behalf of the registered provider of social housing or other contracting authorities within the North West area.
The estimated total value of work required by One Vision Housing is anticipated to be £47m for the upgrading of housing and planned new housing in Sefton. OVH said some of this requirement may be delivered by the in-house team and may not be procured through the framework.
The work covered by the framework includes roofing, cladding, installation of kitchens and bathrooms, mechanical and electrical installations, demolition and site clearance work.
One Vision Housing owns more than 11,700 homes across Sefton.
