Firms lease industrial space at Spencer sites

Merseyside-based industrial developer and investor Spencer Holdings has reported three lettings deals in Merseyside and North Wales.

Spencer has let a 2,600 sq ft industrial unit at Phoenix Close Industrial Estate in Green Lane, Heywood, for three years to Projection Screens. Both parties represented themselves.

Meanwhile, in North Wales, a 1,000 sq ft industrial unit at Vale Park, within the Colomendy Industrial Estate in Denbigh, has been let for two years to Pacific Retail UK, trading as Motorworld. Gareth Williams Commercial acted on behalf of Spencer Holdings. Ridley Thaw acted on behalf of Motorworld.

Garden care and maintenance service Greenthumb has also taken a 2,849 sq ft industrial unit at Tir Llwyd Industrial Estate on Kinmel Bay in Rhyl on a three year lease. Gareth Williams Commercial acted on behalf of Spencer Holdings, while Greenthumb represented itself.

Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.

Spencer specialises in acquiring and managing multi-let industrial and trading estates with small units. The company was founded and is chaired by Jim Spencer.
