Fire damaged units restored at Ravenhurst Court

Fit out firm Aztec has completed the refurbishment of three units at the industrial park in Risley, Warrington.

The Liverpool-based company said units 3, 4 and 5, totalling around 15,000 sq ft, were rebuilt following a fire in May caused by electrical heating equipment.

Aztec worked with Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service on a 13-week project to refurbish the industrial units, alongside property managers BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Neil Seasman, project manager for Aztec, said: "The project was complex and technical at times, it now looks fantastic with its bespoke facia, specialist flooring and new feel throughout."

Aztec added that the units remain vacant. Eileen Bilton Partnership is joint letting agent on Ravenhurst Court.
