Finch moves office to 20 Chapel Street

Design agency Finch has relocated from Covent Garden to take 2,600 sq ft at Rumford Investments' 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool city centre.

Finch, founded 23 years ago, designed the brand for the city's European Capital of Culture year in 2008 and advertising campaign to launch Grosvenor's Liverpool One retail scheme.

Tim Crutchley, joint managing director of Finch said: "20 Chapel Street is an iconic building designed by Paul Monaghan from his very successful practice in London and is regarded as the number one business address in the city. After 23 years in one building we were ready for a move and it's created a buzz with the team when business is tough. It's a great environment for creative ideas to flow and provides the ideal space in which to further develop our business."

The company will occupy part of the first floor of the 16-storey, RIBA-award winning building, joining existing tenants Barclays/Barclays Wealth, Bank of Ireland, Broadway Malyan, Ernst & Young, Panmure Gordon and Jacksons LLP.

Alastair Newman, commercial marketing consultant for 20 Chapel Street, said: "It is great to welcome Finch into our building as a successful, established business with which we have had a long working relationship. Our willingness to be flexible and react to market conditions has generated a high level of interest, which is beginning to pay dividends. We expect to announce further lettings over the next few weeks."

Hitchcock, Wright & Partners and DTZ acted on behalf of Rumford Investments.
